Extremely happy with the overhead garage racks and shelf that we purchased from Alpha Garage Solutions. The quality of... the racks and shelf is first class. The brand is “Monkey Bars”, unbelievably sturdy. The installer “Felipe” was professional, on time, and very patient with all the questions we had about where exactly to mount the shelf and other OCD concerns. We shopped around and Alpha Garage Solutions was the lowest quote we found and once we saw the quality of the racks, we knew we made the right choice. Kylie from AGS was always quick to respond to our emails and text messages. She was very patient with all the changes we made and followed up after the job was done. This is a top notch operation all the way around!!! We had them back for a second project they did so good the first... time. Kaylie does a great job of working the phone and scheduling. Felipe is on time and does excellent work. He told me he tries to think of the projects "as his own garage". It shows in the quality. Our first project was overhead storage. This second project was for hanging ladders and tools on the wall with an additional wall storage rack. They stand behind their work. Quality hardware!read more

We had a great experience with the whole team at Alpha Garage Solutions! They helped us with designing and installing... all the shelves we needed for all the junks... wait, I meant treasures... we collected over the years. We had a couple of challenges, including bikes, some very larger bins, and the desire to have few items on the floor. They helped us with a series of custom sized shelvings and hooks. The installation was a breeze! It was such a success, we park both cars in our 2-car garage now!We also had the floor redone. No more 4 layers of peeling paints! We ended up with a beautiful textured floor!I also really appreciative of the team for incorporating our existing storage cabinets, and for working with us step by step as we organized and rearranged our garage. Colin and Kylie did a great job designing and installing my new cabinets and slat wall in our house in... Pinecrest.Colin came out and took some measurements and asked several questions and then emailed us a wonderful design.Prices were reasonable, but the design and installation team were wonderful!!!I highly recommend using Alpha Garage Solutions for your garage makeover.After the installation Colin even came out the next day to make a small adjustment that I requested. Purchased 2 custom overhead shelves for installation. Actually, we purchased 3, but once the crew came out they advised... that 2 would probably be enough for our use. They could have let me buy the 3, but instead were honest about what I really needed and that alone is cause for praise!! Workers were efficient and professional, on time and speedy. Ryan was great to work with from beginning to end. He was responsive in all communications that led up to and until... the completion of our job. He came over to our home and listened to our requirements and quickly came up with a great solution using the Monkey Bars product. I was extremely pleased with how fast he got us on the schedule (within a week). Felipe showed up and was efficient, prompt, and provided great worksmanship on the installation. I added some pictures, but they do not do it justice. We are happy to get our garage floor space back! What an amazing job the team did!!! Ryan gave me a quote and suggestions on how to maximize the space in the garage,... even ideas I had not thought of. He was super patient and answered all my questions. On the day of the installation, I was given estimated time of arrival and they were punctual. The team of 3 went to work immediately. The entire team was very professional, courteous and helpful. The quality of the shelves look industrial which is great. These guys truly are THE BEST! They returned my call immediately, knew exactly what I wanted, and came basically the... next day to install. Instillation was quick, professional, and done extremely well. Had to follow up a few months later for some additional items, and they drove them to my house the next day. Called office left message with request for estimate for garage floor surface and possible storage. Then sent text for... faster response according to voice mail from office number two days later. This has been almost three weeks now. Called Monkey bars directly and they said they would reach out to Ryan to let him now they have a customer That would like to inquire about products and service. Not sure what is going on but I think when potential business comes to you they would respond. I wonder if a review will get a response.read more

This is a super late review - but better late than never. My wife and I were in a tight spot with our move. The house... that we were moving into does not have attic space. We were having to find a spot in the new house for a ton of items that were previously placed in the attic at the old house. In addition to that - we only had two days to implement a solution.This is where Alpha Garage Solutions stepped in! They not only turned around the work estimate really fast - but upon our decision to go with them - they were on site working late into the night - to get our garage storage in place for the move that was coming the next morning. What an amazing experience. I found Alpha Garage Solutions' contact while searching the Monkey Bar garage system and... contacted them. From the moment that I did, until the completion of the work, the experience was a great one, not to mention quick. I think the whole process took 3 weeks, and that was because I took a little long to get back to them with the revisions to their preliminary design. Ryan McCue is the person that I dealt with throughout, and I cannot say enough about how helpful, polite and professional he was. It was truly a pleasure. And the work itself was great. Ryan came himself with an assistant and they were wonderful. They were extremely thorough and precise, and once done they left everything clean and helped organize some of the things that I had ready to put up.
